The Military Kids Choir meets most Wednesdays, at Plymouth Guildhall, providing a unique opportunity for you to meet with other Service children and young people (including if a member of your family is a Veteran or a Reservist) and to sing together. We have about 25 members and are always open to new members, so why not come along and give it a try? It’s free to MKC Heroes, any age! We have choristers aged 4 to 18.

The choir meets from 5pm to 6pm and there is a space for parents and carers to meet together and have a tea or coffee whilst you are practicing. Our volunteer staff are fully DBS checked.

The choir is lots of fun and we have many performances across the year including: with the Royal British Legion,  charity concerts and services for Armed Forces charities,  appearances at the Pavilions Remembrance events and much more.

The Military Kids Choir help to raise funds for military charities, Armed Forces Day and many other high profile events.

If you would like to come along, please ask your parent or carer to bring you to the next meeting that is convenient.

Spring 2015 meetings begin on January the 14th, 5pm.

Please ask your parent/carer to check the HMS Heroes website (www.hmsheroes.co.uk) or email heather.ogburn@plymouth.gov.uk as these dates may be subject to change.

The Military Kids Choir is a Children’s University Learning Destination so don’t forget your passport!

We look forward to meeting you.
